If you are
unsure or dissatisfied with any part of your service, please inform your
stylist immediately. Your hair is our priority and we are always happy to help
with your queries and concerns.
We will
always consult with every customer prior to their service, discussing in as
much detail as possible what they would like, their vision, and what they
expect the finished result will be. We will ask as many questions we can, carry
out tests as needed and explain the aftercare and maintenance needed for the
given style/colour – all the while taking notes and recording the consultation.
Our philosophy is to be as honest as possible with what is achievable and
whether the chosen style/colour will suit the individual and their
lifestyle.
Your
satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented,
please let us know during your service or within 24 hours after your service
has been performed. If there is a fault on our side, we are committed to making
any needed corrections and will either correct the fault at no charge or offer
you a refund.
Please bear
in mind that we have had incidents in the past where a client has
deliberately complained about a service we have carried out in an attempt
to receive their services free of charge as well as other malicious
actions attempting to get free or discounted services.
However, we
do understand that clients can change their mind about what they want
after making a decision on a service and we will do everything we can to ensure
you are happy with your hair, with your hair condition as a priority.
If you
change your mind about a service you have received, please let us know during
your service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We will arrange
another consultation as soon as possible and do everything we can to arrange a
new appointment for you.
