COVID-19 Information

23/9/20 Update
  • From 24 September 2020, all salons must display the official NHS QR poster in the premises for all clients and staff to use with their NHS COVID-19 app. This is in addition to the client details we already collect as part of our appointment booking software and how we already assist NHS Test and Trace.   • We are obligated by law to ask screening questions to every client before every appointment before we can allow you to enter the salon. These screening questions will be included in your daily appointment text reminder. Please ensure you are reading through these questions and replying with either “YES” or “NO” so we are able to confirm your appointment.
  • Our online booking is available 24/7, with telephone bookings available during our usual opening hours, we have also reactivated our client wait list.

A message from Laura:
The safety of our clients, ourselves, and our families is our top priority during this time.
I know times are tough, but WE WILL get through it. Both myself and Frances would like to send a special message to all our lovely clients to say thank you so much for your love and support, and we are thinking about all of you during this time.
You can still reach out to us via the salons Facebook or Instagram accounts, even if it’s just for a chat!
I will be keeping our social media platforms updated as much as I can as soon as I find out any news, so please stay tuned.
